  Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich motiviert und auch willens und fähig kurzfristig zu improvisieren. Jemand aus unserer Gruppe hatte Geburtstag. Wir hatten bei TESCO eine Torte organisiert. Aus Brandschutzgründen durften wir keine Kerzen drauf machen aber das Personal hat die Torte kurzerhand neu dekoriert und uns dann mit einem Ständchen serviert. Auch bei unserer frühen Abreise war das Personal im Restaurant schon vor sechs Uhr im Stande uns ein kleines Frühstück zurecht zu machen. VIELEN LIEBEN DANK!

  This is a Premier Inn Hub, smallish rooms but no problem to me I've lived in a new build for almost 10 years lol, kind of cozy. Virtually slept the clock round 😴 as we had had a wonderful 2 days travelling back up from Lake Maggiore, Italy 🇮🇹 purely by train and wanted an overnight crash before the final leg of our journey. Good breakfast, friendly helpful service, quiet at night and not too far by taxi from Euston station.

  I was disappointed by my interaction with a few reception women staff members. The communication felt abrupt, and I was interrupted before I could finish speaking. Basic courtesies like “please” or “sorry” were missing, which made the experience feel unwelcoming. Additionally, I was surprised that complimentary drinking water was not provided in the rooms, as this is a standard hospitality practice guests generally expect.

  This Premier Inn is a very good one of the chain. Location is very good, between several subway stations and in a walking distance from St Paul's Cathedral. The only thing I didn't like is that the windows are not opening, completely relying on air con and during the night we felt there was not enough fresh air in the room.

  Just concluded a three night stay. Was visiting London as a tourist and felt welcomed from the moment I checked in. Firstly the hotel location was excellent for all travel connections and the surrounding area had an array of shops and eateries. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and always had a smile. Riza was very polite and helpful during breakfast service. All products at breakfast were of a good quality and the full English well cooked. Great hotel. Thank uou
